Hello! I am Haley Loeffler, and I am a Kindergarten teacher at Val Vista Lakes Elementary. I have been teaching for eight years, and my favorite part of the job is getting to be part of a child’s very first year of school. I am so excited to welcome your child to Val Vista Lakes and start this journey together!
![You are invite to the Kindergarten Round up on April 29, 2026 from 2:15 -3:30 pm. When you enter the school, you will sign in your child and receive a name tag. You will then walk them downstairs to drop them off at the assigned color coded classroom. At his final meeting, the GPS Governing Board celebrated Dr. McCord for fostering an open, transparent governance culture between district administration, families, and the community.
“The culture of this district is relationships,” commented Dr. McCord. “We can have goals, we can have strategies, and we can have excellent test scores, and we can have missions, but none of that matters if we don’t have a heart.”
