The Flu has reached record levels in AZ.

Influenza Outbreak January 2018 Flu Advisory

News Release from Arizona Department of Health Services,News%20Release&utm_content=1267529594&linkId=46642220#news-release-010518
There has been a rapid and dramatic rise in flu activity and the symptoms have been more severe, and last longer. Most of the emergency rooms
are experiencing extremely long waiting periods. Please practice good hand washing techniques and cover your cough utilizing your elbow to decrease
the spread of the flu. If you suddenly feel sick, tired and begin coughing, sneezing you need to take good care of yourself. Stay home and don't spread
the virus to others, especially if you have a fever. Any student or staff person with symptoms of flu should not come to school. The symptoms include
having a fever, chills, headache, body ache, sore throat, cough and runny/congested nose. Contact your doctor for any symptoms that are extreme. When
an individual is fever-free for 24 hours, without the use of fever-reducing products (Tylenol/Ibuprofen), they may return to school. For further information
contact the campus school nurse, or visit your health care provider or go to website.
